By accessing or using Metrix, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.
Metrix provides X (Twitter) analytics, AI writing tools, milestone cards, and related features. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must sign in via X (Twitter) OAuth to use most features. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Metrix offers free and premium tiers. Premium features require an active subscription. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 48 hours of a charge if you believe there was an error.
The 30-day login streak reward (15 days of Premium) is a promotional program subject to change or discontinuation at any time. Streak rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value. Abuse of the streak system (e.g., automated logins) may result in account suspension.
The Metrix platform, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Metrix and protected by copyright law. AI-generated content produced using our tools is owned by you. You grant Metrix a limited license to display your X profile data for the purpose of providing the service.
Metrix is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claims related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid in the past 3 months.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via the platform. Your continued use of Metrix after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
